PROBLEM

A 4,000-square-foot home with persistent Wi-Fi dead zones and intermittent connectivity for a household that works from home.

APPROACH

Site survey to identify coverage gaps and interference sources. Replaced the consumer router with a properly sized mesh system, configured wired backhaul where feasible, and set up a dedicated guest network with IoT segmentation. Documented credentials, network map, and recovery procedures for the household.

OUTCOME

Full coverage across all floors, including the basement office and detached garage. Zero dropouts since deployment.

PROBLEM
